Visa is searching for a Product Manager to be part of the Account & Wallet team. The Product Manager is responsible for maximizing the value of our products and the work of the engineering teams that are working on our internal operational user platforms. As part of an agile ecosystem, they work directly with engineering and agile delivery managers. They are accountable for answering the questions, what products and features should we build and why, and how do we deliver these to market or internal platform ecosystem. This role reports to a Senior Product Manager.
Strategy and VisionCollaborate in crafting your area’s strategy by doing deep market, customer/user, competitor and technology research. Develop a product strategy and roadmap based on the research. Secure buy‑in for the product strategy from colleagues and stakeholders. Translate the strategy and the customer/user problems into a product backlog for engineering. Support quarterly and annual strategic planning events, in collaboration with product, business and technology stakeholders.
DiscoveryConduct discovery with customers or internal users to uncover potential problems and opportunities to tackle. Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to ideate new features and products to be developed. Complete detailed discovery on things like customer/user needs, operational flows and systems maps. Work with internal and external teams to develop and maintain technical documentation. Ensure requirements are detailed enough to take into development, including functional and non‑functional requirements. Elaboration of features and user stories in collaboration with technical team. Maintain a deep awareness of how the business works in your area of ownership and become an SME.
DeliveryManage end‑to‑end product development, from planning, to execution, launch (including release planning) and ongoing maintenance. Prioritize the product backlog based on customer, commercial, and strategic value, potentially across more than one scrum team. Ensure the product backlog is visible, open, and clear to all, including dependencies and priorities based on the overall strategy. Support UAT testing, training of customers/users, demos and implementation activities, identify and detail any changes to business requirements to ensure the successful delivery of the overall business and technology solutions. Address queries from customers or internal users around features and product behavior. Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure delivery of product initiatives remain on‑time, in budget and aligned with strategic objectives, and adjust roadmap if the timelines associated with any dependencies change. You will be the key point of contact from product team for different stakeholders for the epics and features that you will be leading. You will support and train new team members in your area of expertise. Continuously align with engineering during the product development lifecycle to ensure the developed product feature meets business needs. Ensure close attention to detail is maintained throughout the product development lifecycle, including design, documentation, SDLC activities, and that agreed processes are followed. Participate in agile ceremonies and support the team by providing details on what is being prioritized and why.
AdoptionCollaborate with the GTM and delivery management teams to define the go‑to‑market and implementation approach and product positioning for customers or internal users. Drive product adoption across various departments, regions, segments, and use cases. Measure and communicate product performance and impact post‑launch.

Support the Chief of Staff with all aspects of internal communication, culture, and employee engagement. Provide general administrative support to the senior leader in the region. This is a hybrid position based in London Paddington office. This requires 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) attendance in the London office.
Qualifications5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD. At least 3‑4 years proven experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role, preferably in Financial Services (especially payments). Experience crafting a vision for your product based on customer/user discovery, market research, data analysis, etc. A proven ability to translate business needs to a technical team and vice versa, i.e. the ability to bridge the gap between the business and technical teams. Ability to define a product backlog using standard categories like epics, features and user stories, and experience making tough trade‑offs and prioritization decisions. Experienced in facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders from product, business and technology. Comfortable working with agile frameworks and across multiple teams. Business analysis skills, especially business process mapping and data transformation/mapping, including sufficient experience with tools to support such modelling activities. Good technical understanding of web applications and APIs.
