Lead Product Delivery Manager to manage end‑to‑end product delivery from planning through to commercialisation for one or more teams within Visa Direct.

Delivery Execution

  • Managing the delivery execution and coordination of epics and/or features assigned to one or more teams, overseeing the process from planning through to commercialisation.
  • Partnering with Product and Engineering Leads to coordinate execution and roadmap alignment.
  • Monitoring delivery health and performance using standardised KPIs, identifying risks and implementing mitigations.
  • Acting as an escalation point for delivery blockers, facilitating resolution and decision‑making across teams.
  • Ensuring requirements are high quality and delivery‑ready, and that commercial milestones are met.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
  • Promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrating Visa leadership principles and building a culture of transparency and accountability.

Process Maturity & Continuous Improvement

  • Driving agile maturity and continuous improvement across the Teams.
  • Conducting retrospectives and implementing changes to improve delivery outcomes.
  • Championing delivery excellence and scalable practices aligned with Visa’s Product Lifecycle Management framework.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in agile delivery or project management, ideally within a software‑driven FinTech or start‑up environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of agile principles, with proven ability to adapt methodologies to dynamic and evolving environments.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities, including conflict resolution and removing delivery obstacles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, proficient at engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with delivery tooling such as Jira and Confluence and metrics tracking.
  • Knowledge of payment systems or direct experience in FinTech is highly advantageous.

  • Skilled in planning and prioritising multiple tasks and independently delivering projects through to completion.
  • Demonstrates the ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced environments while managing concurrent projects.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, quick to learn new systems or processes, and highly organised when managing multiple priorities.
  • Proven expertise in driving complex deliverables in collaboration with Product Managers and cross‑functional stakeholders at all organisational levels and across cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to challenge established practices and a strong curiosity about process improvements.
  • Influencing abilities across cross‑functional teams.

This is a hybrid position based in London Paddington office. Requires 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) attendance in the London office.
