Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced technical consultation and support for complex customer implementations, integrations, and production issues.Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges across APIs, payment processing, authentication, tokenization, risk solutions, and related technologies, using logs, transaction data, system behaviour, and technical documentation to identify root causes.Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services teams to resolve issues and continuously improve products and services.Contribute to individual and team performance objectives and participate in off-hours/on-call support when required.Use digital tools and emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance productivity, troubleshooting, knowledge management, and customer engagement.
