Liaise with government, legal, risk, and privacy stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and security requirements. Influence product development and prioritisation, advocating for features that deliver measurable citizen and government outcomes. Ensure seamless handover to client success management teams as solutions move from pre‑sales to implementation.
- Thought Leadership: Champion the principles of desirability, viability, and feasibility in every solution, balancing citizen expectations, government mandates, and technical realities.
