Job Description

  • Own and drive e-commerce programmes for the issuer side of the card payments ecosystem, with a focus on Visa Click to Pay.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including account executives, marketing, legal, risk and Visa European Hub to deliver tangible results on issuer enablement of Click to Pay.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for issuer-related Click to Pay, Secure Remote Commerce Directory and eCommerce inquiries.
  • Proactively engage with issuer partners to drive forward issuer-offered Click to Pay, including conducting and facilitating workshops/working sessions across product, fraud, risk, legal and tech.
  • Monitor issuer implementation plans, forecasts, and performance metrics, and ensure alignment with global and regional Click to Pay objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Report and communicate progress, challenges, and achievements both internally and externally and across executive levels.
  • Maintain deep technical understanding of eCommerce solutions, including product roadmap, technical specs, product upgrades and new releases, etc.
  • Collect client feedback and market requirements to drive the Global product development roadmap and GTM for Click to Pay, Secure Remote Commerce and eCommerce solutions.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

  • Substantial knowledge of the card payments ecosystem, new and emerging trends, regulatory & market landscape and existing issuer capabilities.
  • Have or develop very quickly a strong understanding of all key Visa Digital Solutions, incl. propositions, revenue & adoption levers, and required Product Owner support.
  • Experience working in multi-layered and complex matrix organisations.
  • The right candidate skilfully navigates through ambiguity, creates alignments by providing structure, and has a bias for action, using data-driven insights to take decisions.
  • Substantial experience leading Go-to-Market initiatives, with a deep understanding of the operating model of Product Hub/ Regional headquarters, account teams and cluster product, and the needs of PLT and UIKLT to obtain sponsorship.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to think and act independently, whilst always aligning and balancing the customer priorities to the Visa 2030 and UK and Ireland market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills/ability to influence with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, specifically in working in a 'matrixed' environment.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
