The Senior Director, Acceptance Segment Lead is a senior commercial leadership role within Visa Europe’s Acceptance Centre of Excellence (CoE). Reporting to the VP of Acceptance CoE – Europe, this role provides pan-European leadership for a priority merchant segment, acting as the single expert voice for that segment across Europe.

Segment Strategy & Leadership

  • Own and lead the Europe-wide strategy for the assigned segment, aligned to Visa Europe growth priorities and the Acceptance CoE roadmap.
  • Act as the senior subject matter expert and advocate for the segment, representing merchant and acquirer needs in regional and global forums.
  • Build strong alignment across clusters, ensuring consistent execution of segment priorities while respecting local nuances.
