Job Description

Why Join Us? Visa Direct is one of Visa’s fastest‑growing capabilities, enabling real‑time money movement across the globe and powering some of the most innovative payment experiences in the market. We are on a transformation journey — building on strong foundations to deliver simpler, more consistent, and more memorable experiences for our clients. As part of this evolution, we are rethinking how we position, enable, and scale Visa Direct globally, ensuring our teams show up with clarity, confidence, and impact at every client interaction.

The Global Sales Enablement team plays a critical role in this journey, shaping how Visa Direct is positioned, launched, and adopted worldwide. We are also embracing the AI revolution to change how we build enablement at scale — from how content is created and personalized, to how insights are generated and applied — with the ultimate goal of improving how clients experience Visa Direct.

If you’re passionate about payments technology, and modern enablement, and want to help define the next chapter of how Visa Direct shows up in the market, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, global environment. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and scale — helping shape how Visa Direct is understood, experienced, and chosen by clients around the world.

The Role

At Visa Direct, Sales Enablement sits within Marketing and focuses on equipping Sales and Account Management teams with the messaging, content, tools, and knowledge they need to effectively position our solutions, engage clients, and progress opportunities through the sales lifecycle. This role does not own sales targets or business development activities; instead, it partners closely with Product Marketing, Commercialization, Product, and Sales Leadership to translate strategy into consistent, sales‑ready execution at scale.

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Marketing Manager to join the Visa Direct Sales Enablement team. This role is ideal for someone with 6-10 years of experience in sales enablement or related fields who wants to deepen expertise in a global, high-growth payments environment. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Commercialization, Product, and Sales Leadership to translate strategy into execution, turning positioning into practical, sales-ready materials that drive pipeline and revenue.

Reporting to a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in improving how we show up in the market and increase our ability to help create pipeline and convert it into revenue.

What You’ll Do:

  • Translate Visa Direct strategy, product positioning, and market insights into clear, compelling sales narratives that ensure consistent positioning across regions and segments.
  • Own and evolve a global sales enablement program, standardizing sales‑ready assets (including pitch decks, talk tracks, and product overviews) and governing a centralized content library to support effective, real‑world selling.
  • Enable sales and account teams on core messaging, product updates, and market dynamics, driving adoption of standardized tools and approaches into day‑to‑day sales activities.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Commercialization, Product, and Sales leadership to align positioning, go‑to‑market priorities, and enablement execution.
  • Act as a connector across Product, Marketing, and Sales to define success metrics, gather feedback, and continuously refine enablement content and programs.
  • Identify gaps across the sales lifecycle and drive improvements in consistency, effectiveness, helping pipeline progression.
  • Leverage AI tools and prompting techniques to scale content creation, personalization, insight generation, and seller productivity.
  • Support global and regional teams with enablement materials and insights, ensuring learnings are shared effectively across the organization.
  • Champion innovation and adaptability, taking ownership of evolving priorities and strategic projects that strengthen Visa Direct’s market presence.

Key Internal Partners:

  • Global Product Marketing
  • Customer Growth
  • Integrated Marketing, Field Marketing
  • Commercialization
  • Sales / Regional Leaders
  • Product

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
