Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working with key European and Global stakeholders and leaders to implement and continuously improve MI and dashboards.
  • Driving significant improvement and development of data collection and reporting practices (moving to the next level, i.e., automated self/service dashboards).
  • Thought partner on HR metrics including gender diversity, talent data and annual review data.
  • Accountable for designing and implementing processes for collating and analysing people data from internal and external sources and designing reports, analyses and dashboards that enable strategic and operational decision making in both HR and the business.
  • Make proactive suggestions to the wider business and HRBPs for HR initiatives based on data analysis.
  • Accountable for the development and management of the European workforce planning process including process development, stakeholder management and training.
  • Lead the European input to the global Workforce planning process roll out.
  • Partner with the financial planning team to deliver a coordinated budget and forecasting process annually.
  • Maintain accuracy in the workforce plan regionally.
  • Manage all recruiting approvals both on and offline in terms of systems and sign off via Workday.
  • Supporting on hiring board requests (internal panel for requesting additional headcount).
  • Reconcile the workforce plans and create monthly reporting.
  • Answering queries around roles.
  • European data owner for WFP.
  • Maintain data accuracy for all Workday elements including position details such as supported market.
  • Liaise with HRBPs, Finance and the business to manage all positions.

Employment Details

Visa requires at least 3 days in office; expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. This is a fixed-term contract: September 26 – August 27.

Qualifications

  • Highly competent in Workforce Planning and Management Information.
  • Highly numerically literate and skilled in data manipulation and presentation (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills).
  • Familiarity with Power Query and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Tableau and Power Apps a plus.
  • Experience of HR project processes in a shared services function a plus.
  • Ability to engage with HR functions as appropriate in order to improve processes, systems and structures.
