The Opportunity

Essential Functions
- Demonstrates strong technical knowledge in JavaScript full‑stack development.
- Designs and implements responsive, accessible, and performant UI components using modern JavaScript tooling such as React, Next and Express.
- Applies best practices in modular architecture, including Webpack and Module Federation, component libraries and ability to leverage AI tooling to build maintainable and reusable systems and workflows.
- Collaborates cross‑functionally with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive and intuitive user experiences.
- Leverages debugging tools and browser dev tools to identify and resolve UI issues across multiple platforms and devices.
- Participates in code reviews, workshops, refinement and planning efforts and contributes to JavaScript development standards and guidelines across teams.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
- 2+ years of professional experience in front‑end development, building scalable and performant web applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with hands‑on experience in modern frameworks such as React, Next.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Other Qualifications
- Experience with Webpack, Module Federation, and other modern front‑end build tools and bundlers.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of cross‑browser compatibility, accessibility standards (WCAG), and web performance optimization.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development environments.
