Overview
In this role you will定义 and own the vision and multi‑year roadmap for Visa Consulting & Analytics’ Cybersecurity practice in Europe, directing strategy, GTM, and P&L.
You’ll lead scalable advisory offerings across financial services, fintech, and merchants, while shaping governance, delivery quality, and partner ecosystems.
You will mentor teams, engage C‑level clients, and drive strategic security initiatives that align with Visa’s mission to strengthen payment security at scale.
This is a high‑impact leadership role at the intersection of cyber risk, consulting, and payments.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the Europe Cybersecurity Consulting roadmap and offerings
- Establish governance, KPIs, and dashboards for financial and delivery metrics
- Drive P&L, pricing, and capacity planning for the practice
- Mentor talent and build a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Develop and manage partnerships with specialists and subcontractors
- Provide advisory and hands‑on project management for complex cybersecurity engagements
- Lead go‑to‑market activities with regional consulting teams and executives
- Cultivate relationships with C‑level stakeholders across markets
- Collaborate with Visa product, cyber, and risk teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Represent Visa as a thought leader in cybersecurity and fraud prevention in industry forums
- Key requirements
- Professional cybersecurity experience with leadership or senior management roles
- Proven track record building or scaling cybersecurity consulting offerings with revenue/margin ownership
- Experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder cybersecurity programs, preferably in payments/fintech
- Ability to engage and influence C‑level stakeholders in technology, risk, and business
- Experience in a matrixed, global environment across regions and cultures
- Deep expertise across core cybersecurity domains: strategy/governance, risk, security architecture, cloud/app security, IAM, threat detection and incident management
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (NIST/ISO 27001/PCI-DSS/GDPR) and implications for clients
- Commercial acumen including pipeline management, deal shaping, pricing, and margins
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for non‑technical audiences
- Proven leadership in building diverse, high‑performing teams and talent development
