Job Description

  • Develop and execute account plans that drive product adoption and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Align client needs with our broader product offering, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement.
  • Own the post‑sale relationship, working closely with onboarding, support, product, and operations teams.
  • Lead client reviews, QBRs, and product training to track performance and support long‑term success.
  • Identify and deliver cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across payments, FX, and card solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and transparently.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in sales or account management within financial services.
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of revenue growth and client value.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
  • Knowledge of FX, payments, and card products (deeper expertise is beneficial but not essential).
