Finance Analyst

b Overview /b p In this role you will support pricing and billing activities that impact revenue, ensuring accurate and compliant client billing and system setups. You work hands-on with analytics in a fast-changing environment and partner with Sales Operations, CIT and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. You will manage delinquent debt to acceptable levels and explore AI-enabled optimisations to drive efficiency. The role involves supporting monthly billing, auditing system data, and contributing to continuous improvements within the Revenue Operations team. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Support pricing and billing activities to enable revenue impact /li li Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of client billing and system setups /li li Collaborate with Sales Operations, CIT and business stakeholders to resolve billing issues and improve processes/documentation /li li Manage delinquent debt and enhance debt collection processes /li li Leverage AI to optimise and improve processes /li li Support monthly billing through review, validation and root-cause analysis in billing/ upstream systems /li li Analyse system setups and data ensuring governance and documenting audit evidence /li li Identify, evaluate, and resolve billing and transaction issues with cross-functional teams /li li Review and challenge current processes, proposing continuous improvements and optimal end-state designs /li li Support the broader Revenue Operations team with ad-hoc analysis and projects /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Progressive operational experience in a complex environment /li li Strong understanding of billing, pricing, revenue operations or related finance processes /li li Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPM) in projects or continuous improvements /li li Experience leveraging AI to optimise processes /li li Strong data analysis skills with testing/validation/QA/UAT experience /li li Strong systems aptitude (Excel, Power BI, Power Query, PowerPoint); experience with billing or finance systems is a plus /li li Self-motivated with initiative and ability to work independently to meet deadlines /li li Effective stakeholder management and collaboration across diverse groups /li li Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex information clearly /li li Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently and meet deadlines /li li Detail-oriented, self-directed, comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a changing environment /li li Proactive approach to issue identification, process improvement and solution delivery /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Clear communication /li li Proactivity /li li Excel /li li Power BI /li li Power Query /li /ul
