Job Description

What it's all about - Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.

Within VCA exists VCA Implementation Services (VIS), a hands-on execution partner, implementing, operating, and optimizing Visa products in client environments to accelerate activation, portfolio growth, risk control, and data-driven performance.

We are seeking a VIS Delivery & Business Analyst to join the VIS Hub Team in London. This role blends end-to-end delivery leadership with strong business analysis, process improvement, and change management capability. It is designed for someone who can both lead complex change initiatives and get hands-on in shaping solutions, improving ways of working, and ensuring sustainable adoption of change across VIS Europe.

As the VIS Delivery & Business Analyst, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of internal transformation and change initiatives, ensuring strong governance, quality, and measurable outcomes.
  • Act as a business analysis and process improvement lead, working with stakeholders to understand current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, define future-state designs, and support implementation.
  • Drive change management activities to ensure new processes, tools, and ways of working are embedded effectively and adopted sustainably.
  • Operate as a delivery subject-matter expert, helping to set and continuously improve VIS delivery standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.

This is a highly visible role requiring comfort operating across strategy, delivery, and execution, and working closely with senior stakeholders across Visa.

The key deliverables / responsibilities for the role include:

  • Delivery Leadership (Internal & Client-Facing): Lead end-to-end delivery of internal VIS Hub initiatives and selected client-facing engagements, from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation.
  • Define delivery approaches, work plans, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing models across multiple workstreams.
  • Design and run effective governance structures, including SteerCo forums, delivery reviews, and decision-making checkpoints.
  • Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement:

  • Lead business analysis activities, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, process mapping, and requirements definition.
  • Assess current-state operating models, processes, and controls, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and risks.
  • Design future-state processes, operating models, and delivery ways of working aligned to VIS strategic priorities.
  • Define clear business and delivery requirements, success measures, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support translation of requirements into delivery plans and practical implementation steps.

Change Management & Adoption:

  • Develop and execute change management approaches to support successful adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models.
  • Work with stakeholders to assess change impact, readiness, and risk.
  • Support communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and alignment activities.
  • Help ensure changes are embedded into day-to-day operations, not just delivered technically.

Governance, Quality & Delivery Standards:

  • Act as a delivery and change SME within VIS, supporting Cluster and Pod Leads in adopting best-in-class delivery and governance practices.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve delivery artefacts, templates, and standards (e.g. business cases, RAID logs, governance packs, process documentation).
  • Define success metrics and KPIs, track outcomes and ROI, and feed insights back into quality management and go-to-market collateral.
  • Identify opportunities to improve VIS ways of working and drive practical improvements.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Engagement:

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across VIS, VCA, and wider Visa functions.
  • Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams, balancing delivery momentum with quality and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Translate complex delivery and process topics into clear, actionable insights for different audiences.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

What we'd like from you - Proven experience leading end to end change or transformation initiatives in a consulting, delivery, or internal transformation environment. Strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and/or operating model design. Exposure to benefits realisation, KPI design, and ROI tracking. Hands on experience defining requirements, mapping processes, and designing future state solutions. Strong project management capability across Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models. Demonstrated experience designing and operating governance structures and presenting confidently to senior stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Strong analytical and problem solving capability, with the ability to connect strategy to execution. Experience working in Financial Services, Payments, or Technology enabled consulting environments.
