Job Description

The Role: We are seeking a Content Program Analyst to support the execution of Visa Direct’s marketing content. This role is designed to work in close partnership with a Senior Content Strategist (who sets direction and narrative) and a Project Manager (who owns timelines and resourcing). The primary responsibility of this role is execution ownership. Once strategic direction is set, you will manage the coordination, production, review, and publishing of marketing assets—ensuring work progresses smoothly through stakeholder alignment, legal review, and final delivery with minimal escalation. This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable operating in structured, review-heavy enterprise environments and who can manage long production cycles for high‑stakes B2B content.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Content Program Execution
    • Own the execution of external‑facing content initiatives once direction and scope are established
    • Translate briefs into clear execution plans in partnership with the Project Manager
    • Coordinate with copywriters, designers, video editors, and external agencies to deliver finished assets
    • Manage multi‑month production cycles for white papers, case studies, executive thought leadership, podcasts, and client testimonials
  • Stakeholder & Review Coordination
    • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for stakeholders following project kickoff
    • Coordinate review cycles across Legal, Communications, Product Marketing, Sales, and external partners
    • Track feedback, manage revisions, and maintain alignment throughout iterative review processes
    • Escalate to the Senior Content Strategist only when material decisions, risk, or scope changes arise
  • Publishing & Promotion Support
    • Coordinate with internal publishing teams to launch approved assets
    • Support organic and paid promotion in partnership with social and media teams
    • Assist in repurposing approved long‑form content into supporting assets once core deliverables are finalized
  • Operational Support & Reporting
    • Maintain project documentation, version control, and status tracking
    • Support internal updates and presentations by coordinating inputs and creating summary materials
    • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and follow‑through across all assigned initiatives

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
