Team Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA\’s core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) teams are focused in helping key clients that include global banks and retailers and other merchants, as well as local FinTech’s and governments. Our goal is to help clients solve strategic payment challenges and identify opportunities by supporting in benchmarking, ideation, definition, implementation, and monitoring of recommendations. Resulting in our clients receiving end-to-end support that help them achieve scale, competitive advantage, and speed to market in the digital age.

VCA engages clients throughout Europe and is organised in teams within, UK & Ireland, South Europe, Nordics & Baltics, Central Eastern Europe, and Central Europe. The current position is to join our Global Graduate programme within the UK&I cluster and is based in London.
Day to day responsibilities of a Graduate Consultant
- Help drive business insights with data gathering and market trend analysis thanks to our superb data analytics powered by Visa data.
- Support the VCA team in the delivery of projects for Visa clients across various domains, from payments, digital, products to strategy, including project management.
- Co-lead strategy to market activities including but not limited to workshops, client meetings, content development etc.
- Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data with some guidance.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payment industry.
- Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development & pricing, customer segmentation and customer experience improvement.

Additional Information
