Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) teams are focused in helping key clients that include global banks and retailers and other merchants, as well as local FinTechs and governments. Our goal is to help clients solve strategic payment challenges and identify opportunities by supporting in benchmarking, ideation, definition, implementation, and monitoring of recommendations. Resulting in our clients receiving end-to-end support that help them achieve scale, competitive advantage, and speed to market in the digital age.
VCA engages clients throughout Europe and is organised in teams within UK & Ireland, South Europe, Nordics & Baltics, Central Eastern Europe, and Central Europe. The current position is to join our Global Graduate programme within the UK&I cluster and is based in London.

Responsibilities
- Day to day responsibilities of a Graduate Consultant include:
- Help drive business insights with data gathering and market trend analysis thanks to our superb data analytics powered by Visa data.
- Support the VCA team in the delivery of projects for Visa clients across various domains, from payments, digital, products to strategy, including project management.
- Co-lead strategy to market activities including but not limited to workshops, client meetings, content development, etc.
- Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data with some guidance.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payment industry.
- Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development & pricing, customer segmentation and customer experience improvement.
Visa Graduate Programme
This is a 2-year programme, where you are supported with various skills and development sessions throughout your time as a Graduate. By joining VCA as a Graduate you will:
- Work alongside an experienced and dynamic team, as well as top clients, expanding your knowledge in the payments sector and our consulting practices.
- Gain access to ad hoc training resources such as Buddy, Mentor, your own learning path, project coaching and more to accelerate your career plan, such as Visa University.
- Develop your management consulting skills in a global market leader consulting organization, with top-notch practices.
- Effective communication skills – Oral and written fluency in English is required.

- Curious mindset with an interest in solving problems alongside strong analytical and quantitative skills, driving insight from data analysis.
- Demonstrated teamwork and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in technology and the payments industry.
Additional Information
Therefore, our requirements are few:
- Graduated in 2025 or graduating summer 2026 – ready to start the role on September 1st 2026.
- Full, permanent, right to work in the UK. Visa will not provide sponsorship for this role.
