Job Description

What’s it all about? Visa’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Brand & Marketing Consultant to design and deliver impactful employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert top talent across priority markets and functions. As part of the Global Talent Brand & Marketing ecosystem, this role will partner closely with TA leaders, recruiters, and business stakeholders to bring Visa’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life through compelling content, campaigns, and digital experiences. The role plays a critical part in strengthening Visa’s employer brand and ensuring we stand out in a highly competitive talent market.

What We Expect Of You, Day To Day

  • Develop and execute talent brand and recruitment marketing strategies aligned to hiring priorities and business needs.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to translate hiring demand into targeted attraction campaigns.
  • Create and deliver multi-channel campaigns (social, digital, careers site, email, events) to drive candidate engagement and pipeline creation.
  • Lead the development of employer brand content, including employee stories, videos, and messaging aligned to Visa’s EVP.
  • Manage and optimize careers site content, landing pages, and digital assets to enhance candidate experience and conversion.
  • Utilize data and insights to measure campaign performance, provide recommendations, and continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Act as a consultative partner to recruiters and hiring teams on talent branding, differentiation, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support employee advocacy initiatives to amplify Visa’s brand through internal voices and social channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing and Communications) to ensure consistent and inclusive messaging.
  • Contribute to global and regional talent brand initiatives, tools, and playbooks.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and content strategies.
  • Experience working with Talent Acquisition teams, digital platforms, social media, and employer branding tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate in a consultative, influencing role.
  • Fluency with AI tools – an ability to use these to drive efficiency and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a global organization or matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition dynamics.
  • Experience using CRM/ATS platforms and marketing tools (e.g., campaign platforms, analytics tools).
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling.
  • Passion for building inclusive, engaging, and differentiated employer brand experiences.
