Visa's Spring Insight Day is your chance to go beyond the surface and really experience what a career at Visa could look like. Across the day, you'll:

  • Deep dive into specific functions at Visa
  • Build practical skills you can use in future applications and internships
  • Gain a clear picture of how you could spend an 11‑week summer internship working on real projects that impact clients and consumers every day

You’ll also meet Early Creators Program Alumni to see how they are shaping the future of payments, hear their career journeys, and grow your network across Visa's early talent, leaders and teams.

What you’ll experience on the day:

  • Take part in interactive, function-specific sessions where you’ll tackle real scenarios and mini-projects (you can choose preferred functions)

  • CV & Application masterclass: how to position your experience and skills for internships in tech, consulting, finance, and tips from Visa recruiters on standing out in online applications, video interviews, and assessment stages

Throughout the day, you’ll also have the opportunity to demonstrate your strengths through light, collaborative exercises — helping you understand your own potential, and helping us get to know you better.

This Insight Day is designed to be a springboard into our 11‑week Summer Internship Programme. As an intern at Visa, you can expect:

  • A full 11‑week placement in a specific function
  • Real exposure to client work, live projects and meaningful responsibilities
  • Opportunities to collaborate with other functions and regional teams through side projects, innovation challenges, mentorships and networking events

Students who fully engage with the Insight Day and demonstrate strong potential will be well placed to apply for our Summer Internship opportunities the following year.

Functions you can explore – Function Deep‑Dive Labs options may include:

  • Sales – working with banks, merchants and partners to bring Visa's products and solutions to market
  • Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) – using data and insight to solve complex business challenges for our clients
  • Product – Visa's products provide the global payments network and technology that securely connect consumers, businesses, banks, and governments to move money digitally through credit, debit and other electronic means

You should be:

  • A first-year undergraduate on a 3‑year degree, or a second-year undergraduate on a 4‑year degree (and interested in applying for internships)
  • Looking to start a full‑time internship in June/July 2027 for 11 weeks over the summer (due to graduate in 2028)
  • Highly motivated and curious, with a strong desire to explore a career in the payments and technology industry
