We're looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to support sales teams across Europe for Visa's flagship customer event in 2026. This role will be a key part of the Sales Operations Workstream with sales and client communication, data analysis, project management, tracking progress against key milestones, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, and documenting meeting outcomes and action items. Campaign management and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Microsoft Dynamics campaigns, including invitation lists, tracking responses, monitoring engagement, and maintaining accurate data.
  • Regular data analysis and reporting on KPIs and key event milestones.
  • Provide timely and detailed reporting on the registration process to the sales community and leadership.
  • Implement best practices in the use of MS Dynamics and other sales enablement solutions in managing leads and opportunities.
  • Sales Team Communication and Support — serve as the main point of contact for the sales community.
  • Liaise with sales teams on client queries, status of client acceptances and data quality issues.
  • Manage sales team and client queries via event mailbox.
  • Support the communications plan for internal stakeholders, including scheduling and facilitating briefings and ownership of FAQs.
  • Ensure key communications milestones are met in the lead up to the event and reflected accurately in the project plan.
  • Create and share briefing documents with Visa representatives attending the event, ensuring they feel confident promoting Visa's offerings and have the information they need to build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Communicate and track key OKRs throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring OKRs are measurable and have robust reporting.
  • Ensure sales teams understand their role in identifying, capturing, and converting leads. Cascade clear guidance on how to record leads, track progress against targets, and deliver timely, actionable reporting to the ELT to support follow-up and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI.
  • Proficient in the use of B2B marketing automation solution (preferably Eloqua).
  • High proficiency with Excel data analysis (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables etc.) and other MS Office applications (Word, PPT).
  • Extensive experience in supporting sales teams and managing workflows.
  • Strong data presentation skills and experience with management reporting on data.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
