Job Description

We are looking for those of you who are inherently driven and fascinated by the art and science of cybersecurity and more specifically, mergers and acquisitions with a specific focus on Cybersecurity integration. With the Security Team you will:

  • Conduct threat and risk analysis and participate in the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Enhance the security posture of the entity hosted in public cloud or on-prem environment.
  • Translate security and technical requirements into business requirements and communicate security risks to different audiences ranging from business leaders to engineers.
  • Collaborate with IT and other business units to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of technology and operations.
  • Develop the infrastructure and platform to automate vulnerability management and security reporting.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
  • 3 or more years experience with cloud security services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Programming experience (Python).
  • 5 or more years of work experience in Cloud security.
  • Experience with deploying secure infrastructure into cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of network, application, and system security.
  • AWS Security Specialty certification.
  • Technical experience with programming, technology, infrastructure, and security.
  • Experience in deploying resources using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Experience in securing Kubernetes services.
  • Extensive knowledge in OWASP Web Top 10 and CWE Top 25.
