You will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes, pricing controls, data quality, and revenue operations. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and operational teams to ensure accurate order management, efficient processes, and strong alignment across systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce order maintenance activities, ensuring that client merchant records, sales order items, pricing structures, and related data are accurate and complete for downstream billing and revenue processes.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Billing, Data, and other operational teams to validate deal structures, pricing accuracy, and system controls.
  • Monitor sales and marketing data to identify trends, reporting gaps, process breakdowns, and data quality issues that may impact business performance or operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes and partner with management to scope, prioritize, and execute operational improvement projects.
  • Create, document, and drive adoption of new business and system processes that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance data integrity.
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data, and operational teams to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Support the development and implementation of scalable controls across business systems to ensure pricing validity, order accuracy, and billing readiness.
  • Analyze operational workflows and recommend forward-thinking solutions that improve sales processes, support accurate revenue recognition, and reduce operational risk.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, assess process impacts, and support change management for new tools, workflows, and system enhancements.
  • Prepare insights, reporting, and recommendations for leadership to support business decisions and operational improvements.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business operations, sales operations, revenue operations, order management, billing operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce, particularly in order management, account records, sales order items, pricing, or opportunity/order workflows.

  • Experience analyzing business data, identifying trends, and resolving data quality issues.
  • Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of scalable operational solutions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Billing, and Data teams.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear process requirements, controls, and operational workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
