Job Description What’s it all about?
This role sits at the heart of Visa’s relationship with Signature Client, supporting one of our most strategic and complex clients.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Client Account Lead, you will be a self-starting, curious individual to help manage the partnership, including promoting and securing the use of Visa Europe products and services across their business to improve the Visa payments customer experience and deliver growth.
This position plays a critical role in shaping and delivering our account strategy, focused on Consumer Debit, with potential broader exposure across Consumer Lending and Commercial portfolios.
It blends strategic thinking with operational execution, acting as a central connector across client engagement, commercial delivery, and internal coordination.
The role is focused on driving high-quality client outcomes, ensuring delivery of existing agreements, and supporting the identification and progression of new growth opportunities.
It requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively across a matrixed organization.
