Drive Visa’s FX Attachment, Revenue Growth and Optimisation.

Develop and track initiatives to protect and grow Visa’s enterprise FX revenue across the European region.

Create sub-cluster plans with target clients & accounts to pitch Visa EFX solutions.

Identify leakage points and design commercial strategies and tactics to improve FX attachment and value capture across Visa’s EFX product and solution suite.

Build scalable EFX frameworks to help future-proof FX attachment across payment solutions.

Partner with business units such as Product, VAS, VCS, Visa Direct, Client Services, and Regional Corporate Strategy teams to collaborate, align, and co-design winning initiatives to embed FX attachment across core products, platforms, and VAS solutions.

Engage with Visa’s business units and clusters to create and share market landscape views, competitor and performance insights, and to develop rich personas and associated card value propositions to bring Visa’s EFX solutions to life in targeting rich cross-border portfolios.

Champion Visa’s persistent FX integration into new solution constructs and new client onboarding, highlighting value to ecosystem stakeholders as well as PFX’s regulatory-friendly aspect.

Strengthen the role of EFX within the wider ecosystem, detailing the value story for key players such as digital partners, BIN sponsors, program managers, and issuer processor partners in the activation and enablement of FX attachment, solutions, and services.

Collaborate with ecosystem players (processors, acquirers, wallets, fintech enablers) to define Visa’s FX role and fit, and to enhance competitiveness and compliance with Visa’s GTM model.

Ensure a regular feedback loop from clients, markets, clusters, and the region to global in support of Visa’s EFX and multi-currency solution strategy, promoting continuous improvement and agile feedback loops.

Create a view of ecosystem partners, their role and enablement efforts within Visa’s EFX strategy, and identify where the challenges and opportunities lie.

Support the EFX function by championing Visa’s FX attachment capabilities while developing clear go-to-market plans with clusters, targeting clients with rich XB portfolios for PFX activation and/or multi-currency wallet readiness.

Ensure all enterprise FX sales enablement materials (collateral, pitch decks, RFP responses, training assets) are up-to-date and tailored for various verticals and client types.

Work closely with VCA (Visa Consulting & Analytics), Visa Analytics Platform, and XB leads to deliver data-led insights that sharpen Visa’s FX value proposition and narrate a clear story in the ‘why’.

Support client engagements, business development efforts, and bid, pitch and RfP responses with compelling FX personas, narratives and commercial models.

Maintain and monitor FX opportunity pipelines in coordination with regional client teams and finance.

Help to monitor and track EFX OKR development and strategic initiatives, detailing wins and deliverables and raising risks early as part of the project progress.

Provide regular reporting, operational assistance and recommendations on improvements to EFX’s operating model.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Extensive experience in foreign exchange (FX) or cross-border payments, with exposure to commercialisation models, go-to-market activities, product integration, or strategy development.

Proven track record of collaborating across various business units, including product, sales, partnerships, and analytics, to drive commercial results.

Skilled in synthesising data, market insights, and client feedback into actionable frameworks and narratives.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across functions and regions effectively.

Experience in supporting complex requests for proposals (RFPs) and developing best-in-class collateral.

Proficient in navigating complex matrixed organisations.

Adept at leveraging market data, behavioural insights, and client/Account Executive (AE)/Business Development (BD) feedback to shape FX strategies, solutions, and deliver value to clients and end-users.

Collaborative across regions and functions, with high standards of ownership, ability to work with ambiguity, focus on delivery and execution, and a client-centric approach.
