The newly formed Solution Validation Growth (SVG) team within Consumer Payments is looking for an individual with a technical mindset and an interest in product ownership to help us grow and launch new features and services. This role reports to the Validation vertical within SVG.
The Technical Product Manager requires hands-on experience and is responsible for:
- Working closely with Visaβs technology and product teams to understand new business initiatives and their impact on current and new client projects, and building the Validation platform for Sandbox and Production. The role includes acting as the Product Engineer for the Validation platform.
- Designing and developing proof of concept to validate user interaction flows documented in the service blueprint created by UX designers, Product, and Solution Architects.
- Discussing technical implementation details with architects and other technical teams.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to build robust, reliable, and scalable payment processing platforms.
- Proactively identifying and recommending opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction, including cost/benefit analyses.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Defining product and technical requirements, including writing clear, detailed user stories for complex features and product sets.
- Working closely with development and QA teams to ensure technical specifications and final products meet business requirements.
- Supporting the development team in delivering compliant, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with Visa standards and the card payment ecosystem.
- Participating in daily scrum meetings for project execution.
- This role may require off-schedule work, including late evenings and weekends, for client and company configuration changes and post-production validation.
This is a hybrid position. The in-office schedule will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
