The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
This role will implement the Client Experience vision by documenting product requirements and evaluating our products to identify gaps and improve processes whilst deploying problem solving techniques to improve our clients’ end to end experience. The Product Analyst will interact with stakeholders across the organization to develop a comprehensive understanding of business flows, products and associated product features that support the Visa Direct Product strategy. To deliver on these objectives, this role requires deep collaboration across the entire enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Understand, document and create product requirements for the Client Experience team.
- Gather and extract insights from varying data sources to support the product team to identify actionable insights for product enhancement.
- Establish strong and sustainable relationships with design, product and business stakeholders to capture varying business requirements and inform the value proposition for the Product Manager.
- Support and participate in workshops to elicit requirements and pinpoint existing business capability gaps.
- Work closely with business teams to identify processes that could be automated.
- Understand existing business processes and recommend ways to improve.
- Work alongside other business, design and technical teams to design and build our product using Jira and Jira Align/Wiki.
- Work closely with the design team to give clear requirements to create Figma design screens and prototypes for technology.

- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- The ability to work with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
- Good mix of business and technical savviness.
- Financial services experience (particularly payments).
