Visa Consulting and Analytics (VC&A) drives tangible and impactful results for Visa’s network clients, including financial service providers, merchants, and fintech companies. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operations, and macroeconomics, VC&A solves both tactical and strategic problems for our clients.
We are hosting a unique Case Challenge event for Experienced Hires (3+ years of experience) to apply for our Analyst, Manager and Senior Manager Consulting positions. This one-day event will not only give you an insight into the types of problems we solve for our clients but will also offer successful candidates to fast-track through our recruitment process.

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team and play key roles in delivering high-impact projects for Visa’s clients in the UK & Ireland region. This role is delivering and implementing projects to help our clients achieve sustainable and profitable growth, manage risks, and innovate.
Typical Projects May Include:
- Expanding or increasing market share.
- Using emerging technology to acquire the best customers.
- Expanding card portfolios while mitigating risk.
- Optimizing revenues and increasing spend in specific segments.
- Identifying profitable new markets or categories of spend.
- Understanding customer loyalty and reducing cardholder abandonment at the point of payment.

What We Expect of You, Day to Day:
- Contribute to a dynamic and high-performing team delivering consulting initiatives in your region.
- Develop insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across verticals and segments.
- Support initiatives in partnership with our VC&A colleagues to develop new business opportunities.
- Identify solutions and actionable insights that will help clients grow their portfolios.
- Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., sales, marketing, risk, innovation, products) and across global regional teams to execute projects leveraging Visa’s resources.
- Lead consulting initiatives and close engagements by identifying potential opportunities.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
- Previous experience at a large management consulting firm or similar role at banks, financial institutions, acquirers, or merchants, with proven project deliveries and expertise in consulting methodologies.
- Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance with a focus on impacting ROI and excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to convey a clear message to clients and the business.
- Ability to solve business problems through data driven methodologies and proficiency in some leading edge analytic and business intelligence tools.
- Technology mindset, curious, up-to-date with digital trends and applications.
- Project experience in a digital and technology-driven environment.
- Excellent spoken and written command of English.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) including an ability to comprehend and convey complex technical information.
- Proactive, results-oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
- High levels of integrity and business ethics.
- Willingness to travel where required.
