Overview
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) teams assist global banks, retailers, local FinTechs, and governments by solving strategic payment challenges and identifying opportunities. They offer end-to-end support in benchmarking, ideation, definition, implementation, and monitoring, helping clients achieve scale, competitive advantage, and speed to market in the digital age.
In Europe, VCA delivers consulting projects across various payment areas to support Visa\’s revenue targets. The European VCA team is organized around key Service Lines and Practice Areas such as Portfolio Optimization, Migration, Strategy, Digital, and Risk, with Migration Practice accounting for $12million of VCA Europe\\\’s total business – where we are looking for a Graduate to join our team!
Note: Example of Migration Services include (but not limited to):
- Define the Migration Strategy for portfolio and processor migration services
- Build Migration Plans for targeted migration execution
- Create artefacts and playbook for Global Team
- Development of new communication strategy
Responsibilities
Day to day responsibilities of a VCA Portfolio Optimisation Graduate:
- Deliver outstanding client projects in partnership with our VCA Migration Paraces and local market consulting teams. This may require you to travel up to 25% of the time across Visa EU territory
- Assist the practice team continually with FY26 and beyond Migration Practice Strategy and in end owning part of strategy for delivery
- Develop and implement a multi-channel communication plan to promote VCA Migration services s both internally to client-facing teams across Europe and externally to VCA clients
- Work closely with other global regions to leverage best practice and content and ideas from other regions that support EU targets
Visa hires into its Graduate programme across Asia Pacific (APAC), Latin America (LAC), CEMEA (Central Europe, Middle East & Africa) and Europe. Within each region we hire Graduates into a variety of business functions, joining as one cohort, part of a Global programme.
This is a 2-year programme, where you are supported with various skills and development sessions throughout your time as a Graduate.

Requirements
Therefore, our requirements are few:
- Graduating in 2025 or 2026, ready to start work next summer
- Full, permanent, right to work for the location you are applying to. Visa will not provide sponsorship for this role.
- Fluent in English, along with any other European language would be ideal, but not necessary
- Interest in technology and the payments industry
- Curious mindset with an interest in solving problems alongside strong analytical and quantitative skills, driving insight from data analysis
- Proactive attitude with experience of being a self-starter, a willingness to learn and to think creatively and identify new ways to innovate
