You will bridge high-concept spatial design with master-class production logistics, translating global stories into high-impact regional executions across all retail and brand touchpoints. This role will drive our operational shift toward proactive campaign planning, strategic vendor integration, and flawless retail store elevation—ensuring On remains the most premium and culturally resonant brand across EMEA.
YOUR TEAM
We are On’s Brand Experience, EMEA team, united by a clear mission to create the most memorable brand experiences and spark our communities. Shaping our brand interaction across the region – defining how we show up and engage with our communities across all touchpoints.
You will join the EMEA Retail Marketing team who translate and execute On’s global retail brand strategy across all EMEA retail channels (B2B, DTC, DMS, and Distributor), ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and regional marketing initiatives. Together, we operate as a high-trust, collaborative network. We champion inclusivity and creativity, united by a shared belief that movement has the power to inspire people to dream big and go further. You aren't just joining a department; you are joining a community dedicated to making On the most culturally resonant brand in the market where it all began.
YOUR MISSION
- Spearhead End-to-End Campaign Production: Own the execution lifecycle for regional campaign builds, managing technical site surveys, blueprint translation, supplier sourcing, and final on-site installation.
- Drive Strategic Budget Ownership: Manage and optimize the EMEA campaign production budget, balancing cost efficiency, regional scale, and uncompromised premium design output.
- Cultivate High-Performing Vendor Networks: Audit, expand, and manage regional supplier and production agency relationships to ensure seamless delivery, operational agility, and high execution standards across Europe, the GCC, and Africa.
- Bridge Global Concept to Regional Reality: Partner directly with Global Studios and EMEA Campaign Designers to adapt global storytelling into locally resonant, technically sound physical installations.
- Elevate Retail Environments: Lead the regional rollout of On’s "Blueprints" initiative, elevating key doors, pop-up concepts, and permanent retail spaces through innovative production solutions.
- Champion Operational Excellence: Establish scalable production processes, standardizing quality control, logistics workflows, and cross-functional handoffs between retail marketing, commercial teams, and external partners.
YOUR STORY
- Typically we look for around 5 years of relevant retail/campaign production experience. Previous experience across premium or large scale brands that have gone through large expansions is valued.
- Proven Production & Spatial Execution Skills: Demonstrated experience leading multi-site retail campaign production, 3D spatial installations, or visual merchandising production across complex, international environments.
- Preferably you bring Technical 3D Skills: Hands-on experience working with 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, or vector tools) to review blueprints, audit spatial layouts, and guide technical production builds.
- Multi-Channel Agility: Experience producing physical brand activations across varied business models, including owned retail (DTC), franchise, wholesale, or B2B touchpoints.
- Strong cross-functional management - You’re comfortable navigating different business models and influencing a wide network of stakeholders to deliver cohesive, elevated retail experiences.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Strong negotiation skills and experience directly managing sizable production budgets and multi-tier supplier networks.
- Regional EMEA Market Insight: Experience navigating production logistics across Europe and ideally the GCC, or African retail markets too. You’re able to translate global brand direction into locally relevant, high-impact executions that elevate both consumer engagement and commercial performance.
- Sustainable Production Knowledge: Familiarity with sustainable materials, circular build techniques, and eco-friendly production solutions in physical retail.
