The Opportunity
We're looking for a self-motivated team member who craves a challenge, is obsessed with achieving key business objectives, and wants to work on one of the most loved developer products in the world.
Product Marketing is responsible for developing crisp, highly differentiated, and compelling positioning and messaging for Postman and its services.
We enable the revenue team to tell stories that educate customers about what is possible when they choose Postman to manage every API and service across their organization.
As a Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to join our fast growing EMEA team and drive the marketing and go-to-market strategy for industry leading services.
You will be creating compelling content to help customers, especially platform engineers, and developers understand their use cases and value propositions, and building the right marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, service adoption, and retention.
This role sits in (London/Berlin/Paris) only.
- What You’ll Do
- Act as the regional voice of the market
- Provide feedback to global product marketing and product teams on regional customer needs, competitive dynamics, and messaging effectiveness.
- Ensure Postman’s positioning resonates with developer and enterprise audiences across Europe.
- Enable effective sales engagement
- Review and refine presentations, demo narratives, and technical talks used in regional customer engagements.
- Support regional teams with messaging and positioning tailored to EMEA audiences.
- Create follow-up programs and workflows (for example, automated post-event engagement sequences) that help convert interest into pipeline.
- Support regional storytelling and press moments
- Work with product marketing, communications and leadership to identify opportunities for regional PR and thought leadership.
- Help translate product innovation and customer success stories into regionally relevant narratives.
- Drive regional pipeline and adoption
- Partner with regional sales and marketing teams to design programs that generate pipeline and accelerate deals across EMEA.
- Support strategic account initiatives including account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority enterprise segments.
- Help shape campaigns and messaging that resonate with regional industries such as financial services, telecom, and technology.
- Lead regional events and field marketing initiatives
- Partner with field marketing to plan and execute regional events, conferences, and executive engagements.
- Help determine which events Postman should invest in across EMEA.
- Support event execution including messaging, speaker preparation, staffing strategy, and follow-up programs.
- Develop supporting assets such as event landing pages, talk tracks, and demo narratives.

About You
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, field marketing, or developer-focused marketing roles.
- Experience working with enterprise software or developer platforms.
- Comfortable operating across multiple functions including marketing, sales, product, and communications.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Experience supporting field events, campaigns, or ABM programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of autonomy.
