YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years leading or coaching technical pre-sales teams in B2B SaaS, first-line management experience, or a strong senior IC ready to step into management.
- 5+ years working as a Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect selling to all segments, ranging from SMB through Enterprise and Strategic.
- Strong technical fundamentals with prior developer experience coding in a high-level programming language such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar.
- A deep understanding of web technologies and architecting various ecosystems to build scalable solutions.
- Working knowledge of headless solutions and architecture, modern commerce stacks, and AI/search applications.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in various economic environments.
- Experience hiring, ramping, and developing SE's in a high-growth team.
- An interest in learning new technologies and figuring out solutions that propel businesses forward.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (able to communicate with confidence at the C-suite level to be an advocate for the team).
- A passion for leading by example and encouraging a healthy work environment that is both supportive and challenging.
- A coach's mindset — known for developing people and consistently raising the bar on team execution.
- You know when to let a team work through problems and when to jump in to help.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25% across EMEA North).
