Trainline is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist on a 12-month fixed term contract to own and manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters, from scoping through resolution. You will lead investigations, chair hearings, and ensure alignment with ACAS and UK employment law while coaching managers to build ER capability.

You will collaborate with the People team, HRBPs, and line managers to standardise templates, toolkit, and processes, with a focus on automation and streamlined.
