About ElevenLabs
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world’s most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $11B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
How we work
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don't have job titles. Instead, it's about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
What we offer
- Innovative culture: You'll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you're not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We're hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to own the experimentation program that turns our paid traffic into signups, activations, and revenue. This role owns strategy and execution across the on-site funnel - from the marketing site and landing pages to signup and partnering with onboarding - and is expected to find compounding conversion gains through a disciplined, data-driven testing program.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with the strategy and the execution: forming sharp hypotheses, designing statistically sound tests, building and QA'ing variants, reading results without fooling themselves, and engineering skills to build on-page experiences. You obsess over funnel friction, statistical rigor, and velocity, and you know how to build an experimentation roadmap that ships. This role is highly cross-functional and will partner closely with design, engineering, copy, performance marketing, lifecycle, and product to drive impact.
What you will do
- Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across the marketing site, landing pages, and signup/onboarding funnels.
- Form hypotheses from analytics, session data, and user research; prioritize tests by expected impact and effort.
- Design, build, QA, and launch A/B and multivariate tests; ensure results are statistically sound.
- Partner with design, engineering, and copy to spec and ship high-quality variants quickly.
- Analyze results, document learnings, and turn wins into durable improvements across the funnel.
- Instrument funnel analytics and tracking so conversion impact is measurable end-to-end.
- Align on-site conversion with paid and lifecycle traffic in partnership with performance and lifecycle marketing.
- Raise experimentation velocity and rigor as the program scales.
Requirements
- Proven track record owning a CRO/experimentation program that delivered measurable conversion and revenue gains.
- Hands-on expertise with A/B testing and CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize successors, Statsig, GrowthBook, or similar), web analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar), and front-end development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
- Strong analytical rigor—you understand statistical significance, sample size, and how to avoid false positives without a second opinion.
- Experience optimizing signup, onboarding, and landing-page funnels for both self-serve and lead-gen motions.
- Comfortable working closely with design, engineering, and copy to ship high-quality test variants.
- Clear communicator who can turn data into decisions and bring the team along.
- You thrive in scrappy, high-ownership environments and are confident building a program from the ground up.
Bonus
- Experience with server-side testing or feature-flag-based experimentation.
- Experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g., developers, APIs, infrastructure).
- Experience standing up experimentation infrastructure or collaborating with data/BI teams.
Growth potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Lead the experimentation function across the full funnel as the team scales.
- Expand into broader growth or growth-product leadership.
- Move into full-funnel growth strategy or a channel-owner leadership role.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in NA and EU. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York, and Warsaw.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
