About Us: Psychiatry UK is the UK’s leading provider of digital psychiatry services, working both privately and with the NHS to support children, teenagers and adults with expert, patient-centred care. A career with Psychiatry UK allows you to expand your knowledge, enhance your skills, and gain valuable life experience—all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote full‑time role. As part of a leading online mental health service, you'll collaborate with innovative, forward‑thinking professionals in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team committed to making a real difference.
The Digital Delivery Marketing Lead will lead the development, delivery, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and patient acquisition across Psychiatry UK’s growing portfolio of digital mental health services, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), General Adult Psychiatry, and future service offerings. The post holder will take ownership of the end-to-end performance of paid and organic digital acquisition channels, developing channel strategy, managing budgets, delivering campaigns, and continually optimising performance to ensure marketing investment generates measurable growth in patient and partner acquisition. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and operational delivery.
The successful candidate will be equally comfortable shaping marketing strategy, building and optimising campaigns, analysing performance data, and presenting clear, actionable insights to stakeholders to support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement. This is a home‑based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face‑to‑face meetings at various locations within the UK.
As our Digital Delivery Marketing Lead, you will:
- Own delivery and performance of paid digital channels (Google Ads Search, Performance Max, paid social), including campaign structure, budget allocation, and bid strategy
- Monitor and report on CPA, conversion rate, and channel efficiency, making data‑led recommendations on budget reallocation between channels
- Manage day‑to‑day optimisation of live campaigns, including A/B testing of creative, landing pages, and targeting
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance decks for senior stakeholders, translating channel data into clear commercial narratives
- Work closely with Business Development, partnerships, and clinical operations teams to align digital campaigns with pipeline priorities (e.g. PMI, occupational health, NHS RTC pathways)
- Manage relationships with any external media agencies or freelance specialists, holding them to performance targets
- Ensure all campaign landing pages and user journeys are compliant with healthcare marketing standards, CQC expectations, and UK GDPR
- Support wider marketing operations, including tracking/analytics implementation (GA4, conversion tracking) and marketing tech stack management
- Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence
- Manage the Psychiatry-UK website and be responsible for making all changes and optimisations to the website
- Responsible for the delivery of a new website, highly optimised for SEO and GEO. Adept at running a small project team to deliver this project
