- Preparazione materiale
- Taglio materiale con sega a nastro e verticale manuale
- Rifinitura, carteggiatura e verniciatura dei componenti prodotti nei centri di lavoro
- Inventario periodico e annuale
- Movimentazioni a sistema gestionale e tracciamento di ogni componente
- Assemblaggio delle componenti prodotte
- Assemblaggio dei componenti commerciali (boccole, keensert, spine, bulloni)
