Nell’ambito di un progetto di miglioramento continuo del Team e della performance, stiamo cercando un Fresatore CNC per potenziare la nostra struttura. All’interno del Dipartimento Machine Shop il Fresatore CNC si occuperà della realizzazione della componentistica attraverso lavorazioni meccaniche con l’utilizzo di fresatrici a controllo numerico a 5 assi.
- Fresatura
- Lavorazioni di fresatura CNC per la produzione di componentistica in metallo (acciaio, acciai temprati, alluminio, titanio) e carbonio
- Attrezzaggio delle macchine utensili quali fresatrici e centri di lavoro
- Monitoraggio costante del funzionamento delle macchine utensili
- Primo controllo di qualitĂ del prodotto finito e del rispetto dei parametri e misure indicati nel disegno
- Semplici interventi di manutenzione ordinaria sulle macchine CNC

Experience:
- Esperienza pregressa in ambiti di produzione prototipali su centri di lavoro CNC
- Esperienza in lavorazioni non presidiate
- Conoscenza dei controlli numerici e della programmazione Heidenhain 530/640 e Mazatrol
- Ottima conoscenza disegno tecnico e degli strumenti di misura
- Conoscenza della lavorazione dei metalli e materiali compositi (carbonio)
- Esperienza nella lavorazione di modelli da stampi
- Elasticità mentale e flessibilità nell’approccio alle lavorazioni in piccola serie
- Ottima predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali e al lavoro in Team
- Capacità di adattamento di fronte all’evoluzione tecnologica e disponibilità a un continuo aggiornamento
- Senso della responsabilitĂ e rispetto dei termini di consegna
- Conoscenza base della lingua inglese
- DisponibilitĂ a turni notturni
