Al momento stiamo cercando un CAD-CAM Programmer che si occuperà di progettare e realizzare attrezzature e maschere di controllo utilizzando il sistema CAD per progettare il prodotto ed il sistema CAM per programmare e guidare le operazioni delle macchine utensili. Svolgerà la sua attività all’interno del reparto produzione, così da poter seguire da vicino il prodotto e garantire che questo sia in linea con le aspettative, nel rispetto delle procedure e degli standard qualitativi.
- Programmazione CAD/CAM dei macchinari CNC 5 assi per lavorazioni meccaniche su specifica dei disegni forniti dall'ufficio tecnico.
- Supportare ove necessario gli operatori di produzione nel funzionamento delle frese.
- Sviluppo dei percorsi utensili per la realizzazione di stampi, modelli, attrezzature e per la produzione di particolari vari.
- Confronto costante con gli operatori CNC per ottimizzare i cicli di lavoro e l'utilizzo degli utensili.
- Progettazione di stampi destinati a lavorazioni meccaniche.

Experience:
- Precedente esperienza di almeno 4-5 anni nella mansione preferibilmente in aziende metalmeccaniche.
- Buona conoscenza delle macchine utensili e dei centri di lavoro.

- Conoscenza dei materiali compositi e dei diversi procedimenti delle lavorazioni meccaniche.
