Stiamo cercando un addetto al reparto Trim che si occuperà della finitura dei particolari della vettura di Formula 1 in carbonio mediante trimmatura ed incollaggio, rispettando gli elevati standard di qualità richiesti e rispondendo a quanto riportato a disegno dall'ufficio tecnico.

Attività di finitura

Realizzazione e rispetto del programma di lavoro assegnato.

Rispetto degli standard produttivi del reparto.

Utilizzo corretto dei materiali di processo e degli utensili.

Utilizzo corretto di attrezzature, specifiche e disegni per la produzione dei particolari.

Produzione di componenti corrispondenti al disegno e alle specifiche produttive.

Experience

  • Previa esperienza nella mansione.
  • Competenza approfondita ed utilizzo attrezzi di taglio e foratura per fibra di carbonio (frullini, trapani, frese a penna, etc).
  • Conoscenza approfondita del processo di realizzazione dei materiali compositi, in particolare delle fasi di rifilatura ed incollaggio.
  • Conoscenza delle logiche di utilizzo delle paste abrasive e dei siliconi.
  • Capacità di installazione, sui manufatti in carbonio, degli inserti commerciali quali keen-sert, olivette, rivetti, ribattini ed helicoil.
  • Lettura disegno 2D.
  • Conoscenza dell’utilizzo degli strumenti di misura (calibro, comparatore).
  • Conoscenza base della lingua inglese.
