We are looking for an experienced Head of Events & Hospitality to be responsible for leading a dynamic team and collaborate across departments to implement innovative hospitality solutions for fans, sponsors, and partners, aligned with marketing objectives.
They will oversee strategic planning, execution, and management of all events and hospitality initiatives for the F1 team and enhance brand presence, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and create exceptional experiences to elevate the team\’s reputation in motorsport.
Strategic Event Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive events and hospitality strategy aligned with the team’s marketing goals.
Lead and coordinate end-to-end event management, including planning, venue selection, logistics, budgeting, and post-event analysis.
Ensure all events reflect the professionalism and ethos of the Formula 1 team.
Hospitality Program Development and Stakeholder Engagement
Design a world-class hospitality program that offers memorable experiences for VIPs, sponsors, and fans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure their objectives are met during events, serving as the primary point of contact for hospitality-related inquiries.
Team Leadership and Budget Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing events and hospitality team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Prepare and manage the events and hospitality budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets, with regular financial reviews to assess program effectiveness.
Brand Promotion
Ensure that all events and hospitality initiatives align with the team’s brand values and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that maximize event exposure.

- Proven experience in event management and hospitality, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry, with a focus on high-profile events.
- Strong understanding of the F1 landscape and motorsport marketing.
- Track record of successfully managing large-scale events and complex projects, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Available to travel and participate in 15 to 19 events a year.
