We are one of the two Red Bull-owned Formula 1 Teams, and a group of passionate professionals always striving for excellence and continuous improvement in every aspect of our operations.
We are looking for an experienced DO Administrator. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Day to day management of design office administration activities.
- Day to day management and monitoring of Data Structure between TeamCenter, EPICOR and SAP.
- Promotion of efficient processes, ensuring high quality outcomes from Design Office.
- Organising resource allocations together with Heads of DesigN.
DO Administration
Uploading of OSC data to FIA (OSC data inputs coming from Designers).
Downloading and import of OSC for DO groups to import as per guideline.
Downloading of FIA regulation CAD files.
Homologation & Legality CAD transfer to FIA.
TD030 Digital Legality Submission – uploading step files.
TD001 legality Documents en relative submissions – CAD.
Release process control and maintenance of released procedures.
Maintaining standard notes in NX.
Maintain design office issued procedures ensuring with designated owners they remain current and relevant, and also support defining new ones following the input of stakeholders.
Manage design office communication distribution lists and office seating plan and Designer needs.
Ensure checklist process is followed for new starters & leavers and update process as required.
Digital Model creation for marketing purposes and images from it for VPG or other departments where needed.
Design Office holiday plan/ people availability info transfer to Program Management people.
Proprietary parts management within TCENG and CAD environment (data creation, maintenance, etc).
DATA MANAGEMENT
Ensure CAD-PMO-EPICOR data structure is fit for purpose and reflect constantly operation group requirements.
Maintaining tracking file of re-bordered parts and monitoring changes.
Auditing data to ensure alignment between TC and EPICOR and audit correct classification is being applied as guided by Operations group defined process.
Set skeleton BOM structure for each car in agreement with Operations guidelines.
Orphans tracking and notification as per requirements set out by Operations.
Monitor processes are being followed such as BOM & SBOM structure, BOM COP Release, allocating orphans, attributes such as Part class and financial codes.
Run and distribute routine BOM reports which guide team leaders in maintaining the correct data structure for downstream use in co-ordination with Operations.

Experience
- Previous relevant experience in a design technical administration role, ideally in motorsport.
- Ability to deliver timely information and reporting (delivering to deadlines and keeping on top of communication).
- Effective communication skills for both internal and external collaboration.
- High level of organizational skills.
- Strong, broad understanding of CAD & PLM software.
- Ability to work with the team, external suppliers and colleagues in a smooth and collaborative manner.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Italian will be considered a plus.
