Support delivery of client releases, including production of release notesProvide daily status updates and immediately escalate risks and issuesLead the resolution of support tickets in production environments.5+ years of experience in client facing technical roles, including hands on experience configuring platformsExceptional stakeholder engagement skills with ability to deal with both technical and business stakeholders Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential Experience working with platform tools, such as JSON, HTML and Python.
