Overview
In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-quality iOS applications used by millions of cardholders globally. You will work with designers, product owners, QA, and engineers to build and improve features in a fast-paced, enterprise context within a Fortune 100 company. The role emphasizes strong UX, clean code, and iterative problem-solving on open-ended challenges. You will shape mobile solutions by leveraging modern iOS practices and collaborating with backend services to deliver robust experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on iOS applications with a small, cross-functional team
- Write and maintain code, and fix bugs promptly
- Utilize CI/CD tools like Tuist, xcodebuild, GitHub Actions, and CircleCI
- Apply Continuous Integration patterns and automated tests
- Perform performance analysis and optimization
- Handle legacy Objective-C code and integrate with modern Swift code
- Create unit and integration tests; contribute to open source efforts
- Collaborate with a globally distributed team
- Demonstrate self-management and strong time management
- Design solutions for open-ended problems for bespoke backend services
