Virtusa is seeking a high-caliber Clinical Supply Chain ERP & Manufacturing Domain Business Process Leader to spearhead the evolution of the Smart Supplies transformation ecosystem for a global Life Sciences giant. The purpose of this role is to lead strategic business partnering to orchestrate and drive the organizational roadmap engaging with Global Business Process owners, Site leadership of Global manufacturing sites, Business Function & IT stakeholders and 3rd party Suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Clinical Planning & Forecasting leveraging digital ecosystem for predictive demand management.
- Manufacturing & Inventory Excellence: Orchestrating Smart Supplies PMD, automated Label Routing Approvals, and precision Label Design Printing.
- Clinical Study Tracking: Directing the SCM Study Tracker to ensure end-to-end visibility across the portfolio.
- Advanced Study Design: Technical oversight of the CTFast platform to accelerate trial startup timelines.
- Study Setup Orchestration: Managing integrated data flows across multiple systems enabling the business process.
- ERP Evolution: Leading the SmartSupplies transition to ISSM utilizing the SAP S4/HANA architecture.
- Platform Modernization: Driving continuous product upgrades and digital enhancements to support operational scale.
- Strategic IT Business Partnering: Collaborate with Global Business Process Owners and Site leadership to orchestrate organizational roadmaps and drive strategic demand.
- Operational Needs Identification: Pinpoint capability gaps and improvement opportunities through proactive benchmarking to propose high-caliber solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Business Analysis Orchestration: Tailor analytical approaches for complex dependencies; lead workstreams to achieve key milestones and ensure the excellence of all digital outputs.

Qualifications & Essential Skills
- Must have over 10+ years of leadership in IT/Digital Transformation, specifically within Life Sciences, with a proven track record.
- Specialized knowledge of Life Sciences business awareness with deep domain experience in R&D, Clinical Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing.
- Experience in working in highly regulated GxP landscapes and delivery in accordance to pharma quality & compliance requirements.
- Technical mastery of SAP S/4HANA architecture and manufacturing ecosystems such as PAS-X and PI Historian.
- Proven delivery of complex AI and automation initiatives within sophisticated integrated data lakehouse platforms.
- Track record of spearheading end-to-end organizational change.
- Ability to map stakeholders and deliver executive-level status reporting that highlights AI performance and risks.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership with the ability to navigate matrix organizations and influence at all levels.
- Ability to translate complex technical jargon into compelling business narratives for the C-Suite.
- Demonstrated mastery of virtual collaboration to develop innovative, technical deep-dive solutions.
- Mentorship: Experience developing engineering teams and coaching junior leaders.
