Key responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders on project requirements, expectations and timelines.
- Responsible for the establishment and management of project methodology, incorporating structures, standards, processes, documentation and reporting that fits the needs of the project.
- Work closely with the internal teams to prepare agile project management plan, build product backlog, prioritise requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct Scrum Daily standup, Product backlog, Sprint Planning & Sprint Review.
- Determine team capacity (velocity), create work breakdown structure (user stories), burndown charts etc.
- Effectively communicate with the stakeholders and management to provide timely updates on the risk, dependencies and project status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/MBA in Finance or related.
- PMP/SCRUM Certification.
- 6 years of experience in Program and Scrum (Agile Framework) Management.
- Experience in project management tools like Rally/Jira is required.
- Experience in SQL/Access/Tableau is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills; ability to work with considerable ambiguity; ability to learn new and complex concepts quickly.
- A great communicator, strong project management skills, and superb attention to details.
