Delivery LeadershipOwn end-to-end delivery of software projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality).Ensure successful execution using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.Drive release planning, sprint execution, and delivery governance.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.2. Client Engagement (Onsite Role)Act as the single point of contact for client stakeholders.Build strong relationships with business and technical teams.Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.Conduct regular status reviews, steering meetings, and executive updates.3.
