Founded in 2011 and with offices in London and New York, the team take pride in delivering an industry leading service to clients across the UK, EU and US. As a graduate joining the business, you will work closely with experienced Consultants and Partners as you progress through the training and development programme.

The Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and candidates
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Working closely with managers to understand clients recruitment needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and regulations related to the sector you specialise in

The Requirements:

2:1 or 1st class degree from a red brick university

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
