The Role: As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to become an expert in sourcing, qualifying, and placing high-performing GTM professionals. From Day 1, you’ll be working alongside experienced consultants, learning the full recruitment cycle – from client acquisition to candidate management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through networking
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement and business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
- Conduct candidate interviews to assess suitability for roles
- Support clients with market insights, talent strategy, and hiring needs
- Hit and exceed individual and team performance targets
- Continuously develop your knowledge through training, mentoring, and market research
