Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit for roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from briefing through to offer negotiation and placement
- Work closely with senior consultants and company founders to learn best practices and develop your recruitment skills
- Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate candidate and client data
- Work towards individual and team targets, driving personal growth and earning potential
