Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit for roles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from briefing through to offer negotiation and placement
  • Work closely with senior consultants and company founders to learn best practices and develop your recruitment skills
  • Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate candidate and client data
