Job Description
Package: £35,000-38,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Full Training
Our client is a market-leading Executive Search firm with a global footprint across London, New York, and Singapore. They specialise in the placement of C-suite and senior leadership talent within Investment Banking and Hedge Funds. This is an incredible opportunity to build a high-level professional network in the FS space and leverage this into a seriously high earning potential role.
As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you will rotate across multiple teams during your early years, gaining broad exposure to different markets and strategies. This structured approach allows you to discover where your strengths lie before specialising in a niche that best suits your interests and ambitions.
The business is entering an exciting phase of growth and is seeking driven, high-performing graduates who are motivated by progression. You will have a clear pathway from Associate through to Partner, supported by industry-leading training, mentorship, and performance-based rewards.
The Role:
- Create high-quality reports, formatting CV’s and other client-facing and internal presentations
- Develop market maps at regional and global level that contain accurate organisational structures
- Supporting client meetings on active searches with relevant market content
- Begin to develop a network of professionals in the market you specialise in
- Conducting phone interviews to qualify prospective candidates against position requirements and present qualified candidates to the lead Consultant, Principal, Partner you work closely with

About you:
- 2:1 or 1st class degree from a red brick or Russell Group university and strong A level results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Determination to succeed in a competitive industry
- A curious mindset and a willingness to learn
