What Youll Be Doing
As a Trainee Consultant, you will:

Partner closely with senior consultants to support high-value search mandates

Source, screen and engage high-calibre candidates across financial services

Learn to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from client meetings to candidate placement

Develop deep market knowledge in your chosen sector (e.g. IB, hedge funds)

Build a strong network of candidates and clients through proactive outreach

Contribute to live revenue opportunities from the outset
