Role:SeekinganambitiousandhighlymotivatedAssociateResearchertojointheirteam.Asakeypartofthetraditionalsearchprocess,youwillworkonhigh-valueassignmentswithfeesrangingfrom£500Kto£1million.Thisroleoffersauniqueopportunitytogainexposuretosenior-leveldecision-makinganddevelopprofessionallythroughdirectmentorshipfromseniorpartners.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Collaboratewithseniorconsultantsandpartnerstoexecutehigh-levelexecutivesearchassignmentsinInvestmentBankingandInvestmentManagement.
• Conductdetailedresearchtoidentifytop-tiertalent,mappingthemarketandpresentingcandidateshortlists.
• Buildandmaintainrelationshipswithhigh-levelcandidatesandclients.
• Supportclientmeetingsandcontributevaluableinsightsthroughoutthesearchprocess.
• Rotateacrossdifferentpartnersandsectors,gainingacomprehensiveunderstandingoftheindustry.
